Israel Fogiel, C.E.O. and President of Great America, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. After working in Lima, Peru, as a Construction Manager and as Partner in a structural design firm, Fogiel became President and Owner of a Lima development / construction organization involved with high-rise office buildings and residential condominiums. After permanently locating to the United States in 1972, he established Great America Companies
Brad RichieController
Brad Richie, Controller of Great America Companies, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has been with the company over 30 years and oversees the company’s accounting, financial and administration function.

Great America’s commitment to excellence continues in its development of over 4,500 acres into more than 11,500 residential lots in newly created communities throughout Houston, San Antonio and Austin. Great America is also the recipient of a number of awards for development of both commercial and residential properties.
